Hexagon Purus AS is a majority owned daughter company of Hexagon Composites ASA and a publicly listed company with its headquarters in Aalesund, Norway. The company is a leading global supplier of composite pressure cylinders and systems for storage and transportation of compressed hydrogen gas.
Jørn has served in different positions within Hexagon the past 8 years, where the last 7 years have been dedicated to hydrogen. His current responsibilities are with sales and business development for gas transport systems and key accounts worldwide. In addition, he knows our hydrogen cylinder portfolio well and can speak to projects in many other sectors like marine, ground storage, etc. Earlier positions prior to Hexagon include 15 years heading the sales towards numerous OEMs and for different products in automotive supply companies.
He is currently a member of the board in Hexagon Purus Maritime AS and has served several years as a board member in Norwegian Hydrogen Association. He holds a master’s degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
