Prior to ZEG, Thoresen worked close to 6 years in Norsk Titanium, a successful, global leader within additive manufacturing of structural titanium components for aerospace applications, where he was instrumental in the industrialization of the 3D printing machines and served as Senior Project Manager and VP of the Norwegian manufacturing plant and HQ. Prior to Norsk Titanium, Thoresen spent over a decade within the field of Industrial and Value Engineering, working for various companies, including Tronrud Engineering.
Thoresen holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from USN, Kongsberg, Norway, and a Honours Mech. Engineering from University of Glasgow, UK.
