Jürgen Tzschoppe is executive vice president new energy solutions at Statkraft.
Jürgen has been with Statkraft since 2002, holding several leadership positions in the market operations area, the latest as EVP Market operations and IT (2015 - 2016) and EVP International Power (2016-2022).
Before he came to Statkraft, Tzschoppe was chief engineer at the Institute of power systems and power economics at Aachen University of Technology, and one year as associate in continental power trading at Enron. Jürgen Tzschoppe holds a PhD in engineering from Aachen University of Technology in Germany.
