This networking event offers an excellent opportunity to build networks with Canadian researchers and companies. This event is free of charge and will finish with a networking dinner. The workshop follows the HyFC School on Fuel Cells and Hydrogen http://www.hyfc.aau.dk/news/3622355 (where approximately 10 Canadian students will participate) and finishes prior to Fuel Cells Science & Technology 2008, also held in Copenhagen www.fuelcelladvances.com.

A Canada-EU Hydrogen & Fuel Cells workshop with a focus on PEM, SOFC and international collaboration will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark on October 7th, 2008.
The forum is intended to expand existing collaboration within the hydrogen and fuel cells area and to access new contacts and identify areas of common ground.
A delegation of research and industry representatives from Canada will attend the workshop along with representatives from research and industry in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, the UK, Germany, France and Spain.
An overview of the Canadian and European markets will be provided by representatives of each country followed by brief presentations by the companies/institutions present. Experience from existing collaboration Canada-EU will be shared.
The workshop will be preceded by a networking reception in the afternoon of October 6th and a networking dinner will conclude the workshop on October 7th.
