Denne gangen samles vi i Trondheim og får presentasjoner om hydrogen og brenselceller og om batterier i transportsektoren. Vi har vært så heldige å få tak i professor Göran Lindbergh fra KTH som foredragsholder. Det vil også bli god tid til debatt om bruken av batterier og hydrogen i biler og til omvisning i laboratoriene til SINTEF og NTNU.

Bränsleceller – kunskapsförsörjning till en begynnande miljardindustri (IVAs Konferenscenter, Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm, from 2008-12-11 13:00 to 2008-12-11 17:00) — by Preben J. S. Vie

Intresset för bränsleceller har ökat markant på senare tid. I vår omvärld satsas idag mångmiljardbelopp för att utveckla bränsleceller. Även i Sverige sker sedan lång tid en viss forskning främst inom industrin, men omfattningen är mindre än i våra nordiska grannländer. Dessutom har ett unikt samarbete etablerats mellan den akademiska forskningen och näringslivet på tre tekniska högskolor. Forskningen är inriktad på mobila tillämpningar, medan stationära applikationer ej omfattas av insatserna. Den offentlig finansierade delen av dessa aktiviteter är osäker efter 2009.
